Ingredients
- 2 big kale leaves stems removed
- 1 cup milk of our choice e.g. skimmed milk, almond milk…
- 1/2 cup frozen fruits of your choice optional
Instructions
- Rinse kale leaves
- Blend everything together
Notes
Optional:
Add any fresh or frozen fruit of your choice.
Add nuts or seeds of your choice to enrich the taste.
Add ice if you prefer a cold drink.
