  • 2 big kale leaves stems removed
  • 1 cup milk of our choice e.g. skimmed milk, almond milk...
  • 1/2 cup frozen fruits of your choice optional

Instructions
 

  • Rinse kale leaves
  • Blend everything together

Notes

Optional:
Add any fresh or frozen fruit of your choice.
Add nuts or seeds of your choice to enrich the taste.
Add ice if you prefer a cold drink.
