The main ingredient of this recipe is Apple! It is easy to find all kinds of apples anytime of the year, especially in autumn. Combine apples with brown sugar, cinnamon powder in a pie crust, pop in the oven. Soon your room will be immersed in the aroma of baking and cinnamon.

Step-by-Step Instruction

  1. Thaw the pie crust (if frozen) at the room temperature
  2. Clean the apple, remove the core and seeds. No need to remove the skin of the apple. Cut it to thin slices
  3. Melt brown sugar in a sauce pan in a low heat
  4. Add apple slides to the melted brown sugar
  5. Transfer to the pie crust
  6. Pop in the oven, bake at 375 F for 50 minutes
  7. Once done, let it cool down before serving

Preparation

  • Prepare the pie crust. You can shop the pre-made frozen pie crust from your local grocery stores. If it is frozen, let it thraw to the room tempreture.
  • Wash the apple, remove the apple core and seeds, then cut it into thin slices

Cooking

  • Melt the brown sugar in a sauce pan at a low heat

Notes

  • Make sure the pie crust is in room temperature.
  • Once done baking, let the pie cool down before serving.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon powder on top if desired.
